22nd October 2010 - My dear friend Feebies 19th Birthday! (actually it was the thursday but no one was free that night!)
Well here's my design for the day taken in my fave local Comic shop! :) I managed to draw an owl on my cheak.....
Owl's are similar to drawing a normal bird on your face......except they have a rather defining face......so I used the silver glitter eyeliner from Eyeko to define the face, wings and taloned feet......
And this was my muse for the day......my lovely jumper dress that my mum bought me as a present! <3 heh I was kind of looking at the comics before I remembered I hadn't taken a picture yet......yes that's right, I'm an art student and a geek and I'm flipping proud of it too! :)
Annoyingly if you didn't look properly it would probably seem like I have a black eye =_=;; But I was pleased with it and got A LOT of comments from the general public of Colchester, which were all positive for ONCE!! Who knew all of colchester were owl lovers?! I certainly didn't and I've lived here for all of what I've lived so far!! XD
Anyway, this is my local hang out on most days when I want to hide from the general world.......The amazing comic and other wonderful things store ACE.......funnily enough I also visit their London store too! XD But yeah, I love comics......hence there will also be a Blog on Expo when I go on the 30th and 31st.......so keep tuned!
And here we have me at night after getting ready for Feebies birthday! <3 She's a lovely little thing and makes me feel old sometimes and other times makes me feel young (It's quite funny when she feels she has to look after me ^_^;; ) You can't see as I took bad pics, but I changed my jeans for my Flowery H&M jeans and my silver Underground/Lulu Guinness Pointed shoes (which I have loved ever since my mummy helped me buy them many years ago!!) As well as my Vivienne Westwood necklace......which for some reason my computer won't let me post at the moment.....I'll try in the next post!!! Promise!!
Anyway, I have roses on the right of my face to match my jeans.......and now that I look at myself, wow I look rather um.......I dunno, but I would definitely think um Metal? or you know something that you aren't sure of, but definitely hard core and for the fact of the images someone you wouldn't want to annoy?? Or maybe that's just me being paranoid after looking at the pictures later......
