Right, well............
This is my first page for the 365 days of face art blog!
So let's start with the fact that I have never blogged before in my life!! But I will try to pretend that I'm normal just for you who's reading this, as I have been told that it takes a few years to actually understand me (Thankyou for that comment my wonderful friends, who I'm now re-considering the term 'friends' for ;-P )
Let me just explain that all my face art is liquid eyeliner, so please don't ask 'what did you use to do that?'
Ok, so I started this actually on the 14th of October when I went to the Frieze Art Fair in London.......although I didn't have a blog then, so you'll have to forgive me so all the pictures on this one post!
Ok, well the top picture is me actually in the Frieze......my lovely friend Carlene took this for me.....as you can see I made a floral design to go with the cape/silk cardigan that I was wearing, I sometimes like to make a similar design around my left eye when I focus mainly on the right side of my face. As you can see this was one of those occassions! I'm not sure if the picture's good enough to notice, but the day before I'd done my nails leopard print for the occasion.......all hand painted (if you can draw on your face, drawing on your nails becomes a lot easier!)
It was a rather good design really as it works on a pale face (which I kind of have) and gives a classical look with the red lipstick (this also pulls it in with my Paddington Bear coat!) This is me outside Frieze in the line....I had to have my hood up as it started raining and I hadn't used waterproof eyeliner on my face :S
And here I am in one of the exhibits, which was a Bright pink Phonebox.....So you can see that when I do my make up I like the images to frame my face......this was most probably the funnest photo to take :)
I would say the coat is more 'Red Ridding' than 'Paddington' as he wore a blue coat, love the artwork, compliments your beautiful smile
